Continued To “Out Of The Mouths Of Babes”

The first time Seth visited the clinic we sat together and drew a toy duck. 

He began to cry when I colored it with a pink marker.

“Ducks aren’t pink.”

Seth has been working a rebuilding a toy train from the ‘50s that I found at

a garage sale.  He has been building a freight car for the engine to tow.  

Today, he latched it to the engine.  

“The back of the car is dragging on the ground. “  

“Yes,” I pause and wait for Seth to comment further.

“We’ll have to find another way to attach the wheels.”

He’s done it!  

Now to build habit.
