Beginning with a good base requires strengthening core and working on rotation.  No speech last year but “Row, Row…” all the way to “gently” this year.  No text production skills last year but an alphabet and “first-grade” words this year.

Maggie and I continue to row and rotate on the lake or weave and work with a shuttle or throw pots on rainy days. 

Once you have your base, the door to the world opens. 

Begin your concrete mix with good base material.  5000 psi series has aggregate for strength but its smaller pebbles create a smooth mud.
