Continued from “Two!”

Hayden rolls again.  Three!  His alien move three steps closer to his goal.  He only needs one more to win.

Jake is sanguine.  He has learned.  He understands winning, losing and the excitement of the game.  He understands endless possibility. 

I will be discontinuing services for him soon

It’s Jake’s roll.

This thick concrete mud is full of peril and promise.  If it doesn’t work its way to the bottom, the form will miscast.  If it realizes its potential, the mold will fill.  

You have to get a bit dirty working with it but patience and a little encouragement go a long way.
